Having seen people suffer from cancer and witnessed their fight against this life-taking disease, from close quarters, has strengthened my belief that even a small step to help can go a long way in fighting this dreaded disease.
Our Founder
Our founder, Dr. Kiran Das, is an intellectual with MBBS, MD (Medicine), MRCP (UK), FRCR (London) and ESMO Certification to his credit.
On completion of his medical degree and post-graduation in medicine from Berhampur, Orissa, India, he came to realize the urgent need for improvement in Oncology because of the ever-increasing incidence and need for better treatment. This paved the way to his venturing into Oncology.
He completed his higher specialist training from South West of England with experience across England and Wales. He has been practicing as a Consultant Clinical Oncologist in National Health Service since 2014 with a specialist interest in Gastrointestinal, Pulmonary and Urological malignancies.
Chairman's Note
Nobody can replace the professional medical care and also the love of the family and friends, but we can make small gestures that add on to this support. The most novel way to do this is to support them in their fight by contributing to make medicines more accessible and affordable, as medicines play a vital role in the fight against life threatening and life draining diseases and disorders.
With this thought in mind, we introduced Das Oncocare, where we aim to make the fight against these diseases and disorders a bit easier. Our intention is to make medications accessible and affordable to all and at the same time develop a service system that becomes an able partner to the medical fraternity as they help patients get back to life.
